FuseWorks gives people time to focus on what really matters. It works, with FuseWorks

For those who have been following the Smarter Business Processes / FuseDocs journey for a while, today we’re excited to introduce you to the new identity overarching each of our solutions and services: FuseWorks

What this means for you: a change of name, not who we are.

We’re all about helping you and your team create time so that you can focus on what really matters – to you, your clients, and your business.

For those who’ve been following along the Smarter Business Processes & FuseDocs journey for a while – you’d know that we’ve been doing this in a number of ways, across a number of channels, and through a number of brands; and recently we’ve been asking ourselves the question we often challenge our clients with – is there a smarter way?

That’s why we’ve made the decision to bring each of our solutions and services together under one roof – to make it easier for you to find, and us to share, innovative ideas that will impact you, your team, and your business for the better (and let’s be honest – Smarter Business Processes was a bit of a mouthful!).

In the one place, you’ll have easy access to the solutions & resources your business needs to make it all work, smarter – whether you’re looking for a new way of working or you are interested in understanding the impact of technology and innovation on industry best practice.

Your team can still access solution support directly through FuseDocs, or, you can reach out to us in the way that works for you:

Apart from our new name, our terms of engagement and license agreements have not changed. You will also see our new name and branding on future invoices and interactions with us.

Through FuseWorks, we look forward to continuing to bring you solutions to help your team work smarter. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Scott or myself by email, or head to our contact page to send us a message.

Kind Regards,

Melissa Voss, Scott Barber and the FuseWorks team
